app.powerbi.com hang freeze not responding

When opening app.powerbi.com the website hangs on the screen below for 5-10 minutes, workaround is to clear the browser cache but this shouldn't be the solution. There are no dashboards or any other content within app.powerbi.com which could cause the delay. Any idea what the cause could be or how to resolve it?

Hi @Marc1979,

 

1. To check if the issue related to specific browser. From the image, it seems you are using Chrome browser, please try other browsers, eg: Edge, IE 11. Maybe you can restart the machine then try again. Or you can change another machine and use your account to sign in to see the if the same issue occurs. 

 

2. To check if the issue related to your specific account. Please ask the other user which in the same organization as you sign in the Power BI service and see if they have the same issue.

Hi Qiuyun, the issue appears also in IE 11 also on different machines with different users.

Please open a IE 11 inprivate mode, then sign in Power BI service again to see if contents display.
