an error when I try to use refresh button with dataflow

Hi,

I'm trying to use dataflow for my data but when I try to refresh button I have always an error like that.

I try this options:

HTTPS: I try
Download data from flow and add again:  I try

on-promises network: I delete and install and configure twice. 

My data refresh has always an error with 11 minutes. I send a message from community forum but my problem is didn't solved then I write there.

I have always error on dataflow timeout (11 minutes)
