Zendesk :: Time Slicer not working

Not sure if you have tried to use Zendesk connector but I've tried multiple Time Slicers and none is working. 

Do you think there is a bug.

From your description, it looks like you edit the Zendesk report and add some custom visuals into the report page, right? Which custom visual do you add into the report page has the issue?

Based on my test, when we add Timeline slicer from marketplace, the TimeLine slicer works as expected. Please re-add custom visual from marketplace then test again.
