Hello there,

I have facing this error during Setting up gateway for Scheduled refresh in power bi Service, When I going to Power bi Desktop for update the credentials Its not Accepting the Updated credentials also

1) Error facing in Powerbi Service 

 

2) Error in Power Bi Desktop 

Any Help will be Appreciated

Hi @Anonymous,

Did you connect to the on-premises SharePoint? If it is, please copy the SharePoint data source URL in Power BI desktop, open browser in the same machine which has Power BI desktop run, paste the URL, sign in with the same Windows account, check if you are able to view it.
