Wrong sum after export data in Power BI service

After exporting data from matrix in Power BI service the sum in incorrect (missing the first row). When exporting the data in Power BI desktop the sum is correct.

How many columns/measures do you drag into the matrix visual? 

When you export the data from the matrix visual on Power BI service, which option do you select? 

Would you please share the pbix file with us to reproduce the issue?

The matrix contains 21 columns and 113 rows.

We use the option 'summarized data'.

I can't send you the pbix file, because it contains confidential information.

Hi @Anonymous,

Do you mean you drag 21 columns to Columns bucket and 113 rows to Rows bucket, or there are 21 column values and 113 row values in matrix visual? 

Please use some sample data to create a pbix file for us to reproduce the issue if possible. Also you can test with our report on your side to see if the same issue occurs.
