Workspace content page not available - app can not be published

If I select a workspace in the available workspaces and then click again to get an overview screen with the Dashboards, Reports, Workbooks and Datasources tabbed interface, I receive nothing. 

This means that the "Update App" button in the upper right corner of this screen is also not available. 

I can not update the app, nor give extra people access to the application.

What's going on?

Does this issue happen to this one specific workspace or not?

Do you have edit permission of this workspace? 

Is it a old version workspace or new preview version workspace?

Thanks for the reply.

Yesterday I noticed I only got this issue in Chrome.

Today, I can not reproduce the issue, so I suppose we can mark this as solved.
