Word Cloud visual not working in Power BI Report Server

Hi There..

This is Santosh from Arrow Energy. We are using word cloud custom visual in one of the reports. We have hosted our reports in Power BI Report Server ( May Version). It worked fine earlier, but for the last few weeks the visual is not showing up anything. It's completely blank.

I have tried filtering out the null values in dataset but still no luck.

I even tried downloading the visual again from gallery and uploaded, but still it is not showing in Power BI Report Server.

Kindly help us here in fixing the issue.

Hi @sgovindarajula,

Based on my test in Power BI report server October version, the Word Cloud custom visual displays fine. In your scenario, please try to update your  Power BI report server to this version.
