We're unable to connect to the model - Power BI Desktop Startup

I can't start Power BI, downloaded from Microsoft Store.

When Power BI is loading, I receive the following error.

Hi @mjchavezr, 

Please check if your machine meets the minimum requirements listed here. 

Please run Power BI desktop as admin to see if the same issue occurs. Also please check if there is any anti-virus software blocks the related processes of Power BI desktop in your machine.
