We can't acces reports (can't recover/change password)

Hi,

 

Someone has changed our company BI's password and now we can't acces to the raports. Also, the tool to recover and change the password dosen't work for us.

 

How we can change the password? We have a Pro account.

Hi @aniolb ,

You need to contact your administrator to reset the passwords in Microsoft 365 Admin Center by following the below document if you are not the administrator:
