Why solution was accepted?

And what is the solution?!

 

I understand correctly, that the solution is an exporting of logs from Gateway?

Really? Come on.

I have same issue its resolved by providing correct data source name you have to provide your database name.


its also help using on premises gateway.
With install Npgsql-4.0.10 for postgress

Below is list of database name you have to provide in data source example "PostgreSQL database"
