Visualizations Not Loading on Dashboards

I have been using Power BI for over a year now, and my organization just switched to the Premium Capacity. Everything has been running very smoothly outside of the last couple of days. The majority of my published apps and workspaces use direct queries from a SQL server, and are the same reports that I have been producing for the last year.

Starting 3 days ago, the visualizations will not load on any of the dashboards that I have published as apps, OR in the workspaces themselved. I want to be clear - the DATA is refreshed, the TILES have been refreshed, and there are no errors at all, but the visualization just will not appear - all I can see is the Power BI logo. Once you click into the tile, the report and all visualizations therein load perfectly. 

The strangest part is that the other Power BI report builders in my organization are NOT experiencing the same issue. It just seems to be me. Could it be a particular report that is causing this issue? Any help/guidance here would be greatly appreciated

I would suggest you create a support ticket to Microsoft and let engineers look into your environment to investigate the issue.
