Visual Header Transparency Issue

Hi,

I seem to have a bug with the new visual header styling options.

The issue:

• When I change the background color of the visual header, the default transparency 0% does not take effect.
  • The visual background seems to have transparency by default even though the control states that the transparency is 0%.
• If I slide the transparency from 0% somewhere and back to 0%, the transparency takes effect.

Here's a pic that show that the visual header background is clearly transparent even though transparency is at 0%:

Please update the Power BI desktop to the September version 2.62.5222.761, the issue is gone on my side.
