Vertical Scroll bar interaction with resize of Filters

Issue

Near every time I utilise the vertical scrollbar to move up or down my report page it also interacts with resizing of the filters window.  And from there it resizes the filters bar in and out with my mouse movement.   I need to click a report visual to stop the filter size interaction.

It is annoying!

I have made a test but could not reproduce your issue. My desktop version is 2.81.5831.821 64-bit (May 2020). I would suggest you create a support ticket here for further analysis.
