Hi all,
I have been trying to schedule a refresh for a dashboard. The data is collected from Azure CosmosDB. As I understand, providing the key is the way for authorized access. But when I do so, I get the following message: 'Failed to update data source credentials: The credentials provided for the DocumentDB source are invalid.'
What is a possible solution to this?
Note- I tried with Primary and Secondary key and it results in the same error.

Have you gone to the Data source credentials page or gateway page to update the credential you used to connect to the data source and check if the issue can disappear?
If you still have a problem and want to get a solution for this kind of refresh problem as soon as possilbe, I suggest you to open a support ticket to get the direct help from the technical support team of Microsoft.
