Users seeing different figures and changing when published

We are experiencing an issue where users are seeing different figures on the same report. We also had an issue with this report changing when published.

How is this possible?

Hi @amysandison85,

Which data source did you connect to? Which connection mode did you use, import, DirectQuery or Connect Live? 

Please check if you set any RLS in the report for users. Do they use the same credential to access the data source both in Power BI desktop and service.

I am seeing the similar scenario where I have published a report and the same report looks different and had different numbers on Power BI.com hosted service by different user. 

We have no RLS impilmented and the the report is hosted on premium workspace.
