UserRelationship and active relationship

Could somebody  help me understand userelationship? If I use userelationship in an inactive relationship between two tables. Will it overwrite the active relationship between the same two table? what does the overwrite mean? Does it mean make the active relationship inactive? Thanks!!

@Ariahx,

DAX allows you to override the active relationship and use the inactive relationship in your formulas instead.  But it doesn't mean that make the active relationship inactive in Relationship view of Power BI Desktop.
