Previously, an admin user was able to click on the "on demand refresh" icon to refresh a report.
This was possible even if they didn't had their credentials in the settings page (see second screen)
However this is no longer possible. Only the user whose credentails are used to setup the refresh can refresh it. Has there been any change to the way this works?
The issue has been reported internally before: CRI 107860631. PG team are still working on this issue, will keep you update if I get new information. To work around the issue currently, you need to take over the dataset then refresh it.

We are having the same problem at here, since a month ago.It's been a huge headache.
Do you hvae a timeline for the fix?
The issue will be fixed around 4/19/2019.
