Hi, I have one dashboard which has been shared for a few months to some users. Once the change to Pro occured most of them were able to enroll in the Pro account and continue their access. However, I have one user who has enrolled in Pro but whenever he attempts to access the dashboard it simply is stuck on loading with the BI logo in the center of the screen. He can access all other parts of the website but not the shared content. Even though he has accessed it before the switch to pro. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
