User Not received daily subscription email

Hi Team,

 

We have bunch of reports with the row level security(RLS),so  users have subscribed themselves for the report, and they get daily subscription emails at 6:00 AM PST. But today users did not receive any subscription email. So in further investigation we ran the adhoc subscription at our end and we received the email as expected. Please note that the data in the reports was also refreshed.

 

We would like to know the possible scenarios which may result into such scenario, also please confirm if there was any Power BI service outage which impacted our subscription.
