Usage metrics not working

Hi,

 

THe usage metrics are coming up as blank for 2 of our reports in the workspace. The reports have been published since Monday (Sep 17) and there is confirmed usage from multiple users since then. The metrics is coming up for one other report in the workspace though.

Hi @sharath459,

 

Which method do these users view the report don't display in usage metrics report? Please let Power BI admin go to Audit Log to check if there are records for view report activity. 

 

Please share report URL of the usage metrics report with us. Also please provide your tenant ID. You can send this information via private message.

Sorry for the late response. 

 

Do users view the app via Power BI mobile app or computer? I see the same issue reported internally when accessing reports via Power BI mobile app. 

 

Please test again to see if the same issue persists as before.
