Usage metrics missing yet again

Is it just us or has anyone else been missing usage metrics over the past few weeks? First it was nothing for a couple of days a week, now we have nothing in any of our workspaces since 03/12/2019. We have a report which compiles all of the workspace usage metrics for the last 3 months which now has a large number of gaps in it.

Are Microsoft just targeting us or are the usage metrics not fit for purpose? (Suspect the latter).

Expect better for Premium capacity.

Got response yesterday, I was told known issue or North Eurpoe cluster, no indication of whether this is fixed or why it happened. Email today saying ticket being closed. Microsoft support a script reading waste of space, no initiative or common sense. Asked me to provide details in email, then asked me for the same details over the phone. Happens every time I contact them, next to useless only interested in closing ticket.
