Usage Metrics not being tracking or recorded since July 6th

Hi, 

Our organizations workspace has not been being recording any Power BI usage since the 6th of July.

This is a critical issue for my team and I as all of our value add is tracked through how widely used our reports are.

Also in the case of rolling out new reports we need to track the immediate uptake.

We need urgent help on this issue please.

Even for me also, i am not able to see the usage data from last 2 weeks in the old version of the Usage Metrics report.

Seems this is a known issue, pg has replied as below:

Usage metrics is not fully enabled in GCC which is why the users see data only before the tenant was migrated from public to gcc

Is there a resolution to this yet from Microsoft? Even all this week, nothing has been recorded and it is quite troubling for us. Are there any actions we can take?
