Usage Metrics Report

Hello,

 

the usage metrics report is not showing all the users who I for sure know have viewed the shared report.

Hi @shatha,

 

The same issue has been reported internally before: CRI 54832927. 

 

The issue will be resolved (usage metrics for reports should be up to date) by 2/9, Friday.

 

Please test again after this Friday.

Hi @Vicky_Song, @v-qiuyu-msft,

 

I think this issue still persists. I have a gut feeling that only the views are captured from users who installed an app manually.
I have about 50 users who got the app installed automatically, none of them are reported although I know a they use the report. 

In case you need more info, please let me know and I'll be happy to assist where I can.
