Universal Refresh of Everything is insanely frustrating, blocking and the worst feature of Power BI!

It make no sense to have the entire report recalculate every single thing ANY time ANY thing is done.

You need to give users control on the refresh.

Modifying the Data Model should refresh the Data Model ONLY and not recalculate any & every little formula in the report.

Users should have a Column/Measure level control which allows them to refresh just what they are working on.

NOTHING should recalculate UNLESS the person building the report wants to do it!

I mean seriously building an APP in Android Studio has these controls... but your program is stuck in 2015!!!! 

FIX THE REFRESH ISSUE!!!!
BREAK IT INTO FUNCTIONS AND GIVE THE USER CONTROL!!!
