Unable to update Apps

Hi, 

I am having trouble updating my app. All the scheduled refreshes still work, but I cannot update with new content.

This is my message:

I have made a test but could not reproduce your issue. The app can be updated on my side as below.

 

I would suggest you create a support ticket here for further analysis.
