Unable to sign up to PowerBI API

I am trying to login to enable the PowerBI API herer https://dev.powerbi.com/apps, 

My account is already logged in but when I click on sign in buttom instead of loading the existing account. its redirecting to other page. 

Expected output should be like this 

But its redirecting to this page Power BI Developer Centre | Microsoft Power B.

Hi @SaiKiranNous ,

Have you tried logging into the Power BI Service first at  Power BI Sign in .
Then go to https://dev.powerbi.com/apps 
Did that help solve your problem?

We recommend that you use the anonymous mode of your browser to do this.

I have tried it now, from multiple accounts from different PCs. Still having the same issue.

Hi @SaiKiranNous ,

Please select the sign out link and once the tool restarts, sign in again.

You may also refer to this official document to check if it can work,They should work on the same principle:
