I'm unable to replace a CSV to update the data in the report that I created by uploaded a CSV from my Mac. I'm using browser verison of PowerBi. Can you please help me with it?

I'm able to replace xlsm files but not CSVs.
I have tested on my side, it works well. my is Win10.
could you try to upload this csv another workspace and then just replace it again in that workspace to see if it works well.
