Unable to rename dataflows

After creating a dataflow in the Power BI service and attempting to rename it I am prompted with a message stating:

Refresh page after saving to see the updated name.

Even after I select Save and try different browsers or have other admins check the dataflow it doesn't appear to have the name change. When I check it using the REST API it still has the old name as well. Does this happen to anyone else?

Tested rename operation with the REST API and it works there, just not in the front-end.

Tested just now: doesn't work yet.

Still not working for me as of today, either.  Though it really wouldn't surprise me if it worked for some but not others.  We saw some similar behavior during that recent issue with PowerApps and Automate (fine for some, broken for others)

@v-lili6-msft Still happens from the front-end.

hi  all

I get this from PG:

xxxxxx other at 2021-05-08 05:34:27 CST

This was fixed a while ago - should be in all regions on May 10th.

Note that the rename does take place, you just need to wait longer after the page refresh,

Please try it again after May 10th.

Lin
