Unable to "Get Data" from Data Set in Power BI Service

Currently I'm in Power BI Desktop. I'm trying to Get Data from a Data Set that's in a Premium workspace of mine. (Power BI Platform -> Power BI Dataset)

I get this error:

Failed to connect to the URL 'https://api.powerbi.com' while attempting to call cluster resolution.

This seems like a system error as opposed to something I'm doing wrong (I know I have access, I'm an admin.) Here's the additional information offered from the "copy details":
