Unable to publish rdl file via api Post Import in Group when there are brackets in filename.

For example, D:\MyPaginatedFile[1]Test.rdl fails with unknow errror in the POST, as well as on the official Microsoft Docs 'Try It' feature.  It appears to encode the brackets.  If rename file without brackets, the import publish succeeds.

How about use %5B and %5D to replace '[' and ']' in your filename?
