Unable to login Power BI Mobile Android device

I have a power bi account working fine on my PC. When I try to log in in the Power BI App using same credentials i get the following error. I have researched online and it seems no one has run into this before.errormessagePBI.jpg

Hi @pbiconsultingmx,

 

Based on my test in Android version 7.0 and Power BI app version 111560, it's able to sign in Power BI service. Please try to update Android and app to the same version as ours to see if the issue persists.

 

Did you use the VPN in your network?
