Unable to load datamart

Currently i'm unable to refresh data or to open the edit mode for a datamart. Unfortunately, I'm unable to find an error code or something similar. It just says that there is invalid request.

 

The following error occurs:

Does anyone knows what to do? How can I get more information about the issue?

Find existing ICM for such kind of issue(ICM 318870780, ICM 317829345). The product group has filed the bug and they will fix this issue. But currently, you need create a new Datamarts and delete the old Datamarts in unavailable state. In the new one, please reduce the data amount and simplify the queries to avoid it into the unavailable state again.

May I know whether you still have problem on opening your Datamarts? Is this Datamarts created by you? Are you the owner of it? What’s your role in the workspace?

 

If you try with other browsers or try after clear the cookie of your browser, will you open it successfully?

Hey @v-cazheng-msft,

yes, the error is still there. I changed the web browser from Firefox to the latest Edge and cleared the cache. The datamart is created by me, and I'm the owner of it. I also created the whole workspace, so I'm the admin of it.

 

Now the error is a bit more precise:

We couldn't retry your suspended datamart
Fail to resume the suspended datamart

Statuscode 400 looks like: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Datamart-error-Unable-to-open-the-datamart-Wait-a-few-secon... which should be solved on Microsoft side.

I have the same issue on the owner but not on members : Currently i'm unable to open the edit mode for a datamart. Unfortunately, I'm unable to find an error code or something similar.
