Unable to link to OneDrive/SharePoint on service

We don't publish our reports to the service we point Power BI to the pbix shared on our OneDrive/SharePoint - so we just update those PBIXs and it syncs to the service automatically.  Today however that option is greyed out on all admin logins yet we can get to both services.   We wonder if it's related to the Office 365 issues that Microsoft is troubleshooting but are not sure.    Does anybody know?

Hi @allyklee

It's a known issue . PG has not yet given a specific fix time, but you can try the workaround below .

  1. Have the customer’s AAD admin make the MFA requirements in AAD the same for both Power BI and SharePoint, i.e. either require MFA for both or do not require MFA for either
  2. Have the customer log into another M365 app that requires MFA first before logging in to Power BI (e.g. log in to SharePoint first), as that will create credentials in the browser with MFA claims that Power BI can re-use

Ailsa-msft - do you know if there is a case number on this?  We're still having the issue and the work around did not work.
