Unable to import from marketplace in PowerBI

On visualizations Tab, when I click " import from marketplace", a sign in window pop up. After I input my email address, there isn't a power BI visuals market place window to pop out. I reapte signing up few times. Nothing shows up. I already have PowerBI account. How can I import from marketplace to add more custom viz. Thanks!

I was not able to reproduce this problem on my side. Did this problem persist after restarting the Power BI desktop? If your desktop is not the latest one, please update it for a test.
