Unable to import any custom visuals from store

Hello!

In Power BI Desktop version I can not import any custom visual from Store.

I get the error message saying- "We could not import the custom visual. This may be a temporary issue.

Please try again later. If you continue to have an issue, please visit support.powerbi.com and report the issue.

I have restarted my laptop and installed the latest Power BI version but still, the same error appeared.

Error appeared in power bi desktop

I also went to microsoft appsource

Error appeared when i tried to download the custom visual in microsoft appsource

Do we know when will this be fixed?

Hi all, 

I tested on my side with Power BI desktop version 2.73.5586.984 64-bit (September 2019) but not able to reproduce the issue. Please update your Power BI desktop to the same version as ours then test again.

This issue is now solved. I think the site was down.
