Apparently when you put a visual in the top of the screen and then click and drag the bottom part to the bottom part of the screen, it starts to act weird.
If you haven't put the visual in the top part of the screen, it doesn't work. Looks like it is triggered when the icons filter, expand and options are on the bottom of the page. What follows is that the border becomes spastics as long as you keep moving the mouse cursor more and more below the bottom of the page in an attempt to get it on the bottom of the page.
