Unable to download the Microsoft Azure Datacenter IP Ranges

I am trying to activate the on-premise gateway but I can't seem to download the Microsoft Azure Datacenter IP Range: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=41653. What could be the problem?

I can download it successfully, Could you please have another try on your side? If issue persists, could you please swith to another network (e.g. from office to home).
