Unable to download .pbix file - Shared Datasets

Hi 

I have create a report from a shared dataset in a new workspace. However, I am unable to download the .pbix file as the option is greyed out. 

I hope this is not by design as it restricts some of the capabilities.

Based on my test, it's able to download the report which connects to Power BI datasets. In your scenario, please check if you hit the limitations listed here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-export-to-pbix#considerations-and-troubleshooting

The report was created in by using the new feature "copy report" from one workspace to another. The original report was created using desktop. Would this be treated as "created in Power BI service" report?
