Unable to create Group Workspace

Hi,

Im unable to create Group Workspaces and seeing the error below.

I have gone through similar issues which have been raised in this community.

However, there are other points I needed to bring in:

1. On https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/managestorage  I see my account shows it as "Pro user" with storage space of 10GB

2. On https://portal.office.com/account/#subscriptions I see details as below

* So am I a Pro User or a free user?

* Am I permitted to create Group Workspaces?

* How should I raise a ticket with microsoft?

Hi @modi123p,

To check whether you are a Power BI pro user or not, you can go to the gear icon and selecting Manage personal storage. In your scenario, you are a Power BI pro user.

Regarding the issue that you are not able to create a Power BI Group, you can create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page)
