Unable to connect to Marketplace

When I click the elipsis to get custom visuals, it just spins and spins. 

 

Furthermore, when I click on anything (such as Support) which takes me to https:/go.microsoft, I get the error "Can't connect securely to this page."

 

Desktop Version: 2.73.5586.1101 64-bit (September 2019)

 

Please help.  Thank you.

Hi @dkernen, 

 

Please open browser and access this URL https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/apps?product=power-bi-visuals to see if you are able to see the Power BI custom visuals. 

 

In Power BI desktop, please ensure you already signed in with your Power BI account, then click on Custom Visuals -> From MarketPlace in Home tab to test again.
