Unable to add user as a member of app workspace

I am unable to add a certain user to an app workspace.  I select the user as an admin or member but when i save this and return to the access area the drop down box is blanked out. This is user the old workspace version. i have been able to successfully add them to a workspace in the new environment.

I tested with old version and new version app workspace, it's able to add a user as an admin or member. In your scenario, please test again to see if the issue still occurs. You can also test with different browsers.

The issue is with just one user in particular it even lets me add them to other apps. however me and other member of my team can not add the user to the workspace. As you can see from the bottom user on the below even though i have selected admin or member & save when i go back in no role is allocated.Thanks

I would suggest you create a support ticket to let engineers look into the issue on your side.
