Unable to activate Pro Trial

I am having users that are unable to activate their Pro trial. When they try to navigate to a workspace that I have given them access to, it shows the following message. There is no option to activate the free trial.

This was recently and option that seems to have disappeared. I believe other users are experiencing this as well. See this thread: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Cannot-Activate-Free-Pro-Trial/td-p/579466

Is there some setting or something that was recently changed that could have this affect?

Hi @Anonymous, 

 

Please check if this account has try pro trial before. If it is, it's not able to try Pro trial again after trial expires. Otherwise, I would suggest you create a support ticket to get dedicated help.

Having the same issue here. Clicked at the try free Power BI Pro and get redirected to my Power BI home page, but without the Pro activated.
