Unable to Save and publish power bi file

I am not able to save power bi desktop files. IError says powerbi file is already open while there is no open file. Please find attached screenshot for error description. I am also not able to publish file from desktop to powerbi srevice. It keeps waiting but

not get published.

close the power bi report and reopen , publish it. Again getting same repeats then check does anybody open your report from your local computer or shared path.

Hi @nimra,

Please check if any other user or program is using this pbix file as suggested by @sampathkumar. 

Regarding the publish issue, please open Power BI service, click Get Data-> Files -> Local files to publish this pbix file to see if it can succeed.

Thanks @sampathkumar and @Qiuyun. You guys are right. There were some background processes using PowerBI.
