Unable to Embed Report in Microsoft Teams

I used to be able to embed Power BI reports on a tab in Microsoft teams, but now I cannot. No permissions changed on either the Teams channel or the Power BI Workspace/report.

 

The Power BI App in Teams also does not appear to be functioning.
