Unable Update App

In the last 30 mins (11am GMT) I am unable to "Update App" from the app workspaces, it just keeps failing to publish:

 

Failed to publish app.

Not possible to refresh and publish data.

 

for refresh: "The key didn't match any rows in the table".

for publish: "8d71f8d6-51ef-4e23-a117-3e2ad3e0bf6b"
