Uanble to install Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics App and unable to see any metrics in capacity

When I try to install the new app, it doesn't appear in my list of apps.

Also, when tryting to look at metrics in capacity settings, it says "fetching data" but then does not display any info.  We're getting this across all of our capacities.  Any ideas?

@BallyKahlon ,

You are hitting the known issue as described in Power BI support site. Engineers are working on a fix and expect it to be deployed by end-of-day 3/22/19.
