Hey there,
I'm currently working int he field of company reporting and facing some interesting tasks.
One of them is combining RLS secured data with global data which leads me to my question / idea:
I builded a map with the locations of all of the companies stores. Whenever a report user visits the report the data is filtered for the specific user by using RLS rules and the map colors the location of the stzore currently selected in another color to make it easy to locate the store.
Additionally, I wanted to adjust the map colors in order to make them more transparent by using the 8-digit HEX color codes in the emasure selecting the actual color.
However, wehen I'm using the 8-digit HEX Power BI kind of ignores those colors and unses one of the colors defined in the report design.
I would higly appreciate a method to change the transpareny / alpha level of the colors in the map 😎.
If any one has an idea or a smart workarround I'm looking forward for your response.

Hi,
As far as I’m concerned, you can set the layer transparency for the ArcGIS in the Power BI
Please refer to these links:

Thank you very much!
