I was not able to reproduce your problem, as shown in the figure below, and it worked fine for me.

The version I used for testing：2.106.883.0 64-bit（2022 June）

You can try changing your browser or resizing the page to see if it solves your problem.

Thanks for checking Caitlyn,

It is working correctly today. Nothing was changed by me, it was not showing the tooltips in MS Teams but now it is.  I am not sure but maybe it took awhile to propagate all the way through to the MS Teams site.
