!!! Tooltips VS Drillthrough

My drillthrough aren't working when i open for tooltips. 

is it possible that we can use both tooltips and drilltrhough in our report ? 
not sure what happen exactly.

@v-qiuyu-msft in my report , those Drillthrough lost the data. 

it shown blank while the data has the record.
