Tooltip pop's up for a sec with mouse over and is gone then in matrix.

Report consist of a matrix with a tooltip on the cells which opens another table with data. Since a month or so the mouseover of the tooltip has become very sensitive. 

If you go on the cell the tooltip shows for a sec and is then gone. When moving within the cell it come's back and then stay's. Not the ideal situation, especially if you have to explain that to a user.
